Joby Earle is an actor, teacher, director, and musician, but mostly an actor. He has acted on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and regionally at places like Center Theater Group, Westport Country Playhouse, A.R.T. and Yale Rep.

He was educated at NYU's Stella Adler Studio where he received his B.F.A in acting, and then went on to get his M.F.A from the Yale School of Drama.

He is on the artistic board of Smith Street Stage as well as an affiliate member of The Antaeus Company.

He has been teaching actors for the last 10 years at a variety of schools which include Columbia’s MFA Program, NYU’s BFA Program, Yale’s Summer Program, as well as privately.
